By accessing or using WTProxy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
WTProxy provides 5G mobile proxy services with crypto-based payments. We offer SOCKS5 and HTTP proxy access, IP rotation, and usage analytics through our dashboard.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account, and you must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You must provide accurate information at registration.
You may not use our services for: (1) illegal activities, (2) sending spam or unsolicited messages, (3) hacking, port scanning, or attempting unauthorized access, (4) CSAM or any content involving the exploitation of minors, (5) financial fraud or identity theft.
Services are prepaid via cryptocurrency. All sales are final unless covered by our Refund Policy. Auto-renewal, when enabled, will deduct from your wallet balance before expiry.
We strive for 95%+ uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Unused wallet balance remains available for refund as per our Refund Policy.
Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the last 30 days. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may update these Terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification.
By creating an account you consent to receive (a) essential transactional emails required to operate your account (verification, security alerts, payment receipts, order updates) and (b) optional promotional emails about new pools, pricing, and product news. You may opt out of category (b) at any time using any 'unsubscribe' link in such emails, your mail client's one-click unsubscribe (Gmail/Yahoo), or by emailing [email protected]. Category (a) cannot be opted out of while your account is active; if you wish to stop all messages you must close the account.
