Refund Policy

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction with WTProxy services. This Refund Policy describes when and how refunds are processed.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in the following cases: (1) significant service outage of more than 24 consecutive hours, (2) inability to deliver promised proxy service within the first 24 hours of purchase, (3) duplicate or accidental payments.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable: (1) used proxy time, (2) auto-renewal charges (you must disable auto-renew before expiry), (3) services consumed beyond 7 days of purchase, (4) accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations.

3. How to Request

To request a refund, contact our support team via the live chat in your dashboard. Include your order ID and reason for refund. We typically respond within 24 hours.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds are credited to your WTProxy wallet balance, which can be used for future purchases. Crypto refunds to the original wallet may be requested but are subject to network fees.

5. Processing Time

Wallet credit refunds are processed within 1 business day after approval. Crypto refunds may take 1-5 business days depending on the network.

6. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate via our support center. We will review the case and provide a final response within 7 business days.
