We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Proxy connection logs are kept for 30 days for security purposes. Payment records are retained for the period required by financial regulations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: (1) payment processors (Binance Pay) to verify transactions, (2) law enforcement when legally required, (3) infrastructure providers under strict confidentiality agreements.

We send two categories of email. (a) Essential transactional messages — account verification, password resets, login alerts, payment receipts, and order updates — are required for the service to function and cannot be opted out of while your account is active. (b) Promotional messages — feature announcements, expiry/renewal reminders, and occasional offers — are optional and you may unsubscribe at any time by using the 'unsubscribe' link in any such email, by hitting your mail client's one-click unsubscribe (Gmail/Yahoo), or by emailing [email protected]. Unsubscribing only affects promotional mail; essential messages continue. We do not sell or share your email address with third-party advertisers, and we never use your data to train AI or external profiling systems.
